AURA CLEANSING

As discussed, our energetic bodies can become “muddy” or even bombarded with energetic “muck”. This occurs via doubts, worries, negative speech, (from ourselves or others) negative thinking, actions that are out of balance. When left unchecked, this can build layers of caked-on energetic “filth”. After a while, the physical body responds and illness shows up, a reflection of how much low - vibrating energies our non-physical bodies have accumulated.
